Shipping Policy


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier:

Sweden: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Netherlands: 5–10 business days
Germany: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your order.

Any applicable taxes or duties will be clearly shown where required by law.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

Orsuva / SwiftSupply LTD is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs authorities.


6. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Orsuva remains responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Orsuva / SwiftSupply LTD cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
